Chrome Hearts x Alchemist Air Force 1

Chrome Hearts is a popular brand that’s gained a lot of attention through their high-end customs. Known for their premium gothic jewellery, they’ve now linked up with Miami’s Alchemist to release a customised adidas Stan Smith that’s sure to get you a few heads turning.

Featuring hand-painted checkerboard design elements, the AF1 features Silver eyelets and Chrome Hearts-branded lace toggles.

AF1 x Chrome Hearts

Since starting out in a Los Angeles garage with leather-manufacturing partner John Bowman, Chrome Hearts has been a go-to for rock stars and rap artists alike. They have become a staple in the closets of Sex Pistols guitarist Steve Jones and Utopia-rapping rapper Travis Scott, among others.

The brand has a calculated mystique by not selling its own jewelry online and only releasing two collections a year. Instead, they work in the fashion system outside the traditional one, hiring craftsmen to make everything from woodworking to leatherworking to metalwork (hinges, fixtures, buttons).

The Stark family has grown the brand into a dynasty. Their eldest daughter, Jesse Jo, 28, is the company’s vice president and has been a fixture in the industry ever since her teens. She’s also a singer and has partnered with Chrome Hearts on several collaborations. Their brand has a voguish charm that has captivated many people regardless of their age. They are also known for their aspirational prices.

AF1 x Matty Boy

Founded in 1988 by Richard Stark, Chrome Hearts is a gothic-themed brand known for its leather cross patches and silver jewelry. With its anti-establishment attitude, the company has become a favorite amongst fans who aren’t afraid to pay a premium for its merchandise.

Currently, the Stark family is putting their focus on expanding their business in the U.S. They’ve got a few stores open and have collaborated with the likes of Bella Hadid.

They have also unveiled a collaboration with graffiti artist Matty Boy. His take on the classic Chrome Heart Air Force 1 comes with custom metallic silver lace toggles and a hand-painted checkerboard design element on the mid-panels.

This one-of-a-kind sneaker is available from luxury consigner Justin Reed for $6,000 USD. Keep your eyes peeled for an official release date as it approaches. Until then, be sure to stay tuned for more sneaker news from your favorite brands.

AF1 x Nike

The Chrome Hearts brand is a leather and silver motorcycle apparel and accessories brand that has caught the attention of many thanks to its voguish charm. Their instantly recognizable leather cross patches and gothic font are a great addition to any outfit.

Nike is also working with the label on a few collaborations. One of them is the AF1 x Chrome Hearts.
